Experimenting - Oreo cupcakes

It's weekend with nothing much to do again haha...

I bought a box of Oreo cookies few weeks ago. Now only have the time to try this out. I have some recipes grabbed from few blogs. Decide to try this one. Oreo cookies chunks in a white base cake with cream cheese topping.

Carrot cake for Najihah

It's little Najihah's 2nd birthday :D

Rose ordered a carrot cake with cream cheese. She asked for simple deco with pink and green theme. I came out with polka dot motif design.

Moist Chocolate Cake - Ben 10 for Zafran

I am away this time and my mom had to take over. This is the moist chocolate cake for another birthday boy, Zafran. Ben 10 theme, but couldn't find the image requested. So, together with my dad, we had to edit a picture taken from the internet, before sending for edible sheet printing. Team work! :D

The cake is layered with chocolate ganache and decorated with edible image and some buttercream. I think my mom did pretty well, right? :)
