When I was still in Shenzhen, Nadia emailed me asking whether I can bake for her son's birthday. Time is perfect...so I said Yes ;)
My first time making Black Forest cake. As usual, did some homework and experiment before the real thing. Turn out great :D
This is a 3-layer cake filled with cherries and whipped cream. I wish I have the one slice picture to show how does it look inside. Nadia requested for Barney theme and I suggested the edible image for it. The cake is topped with light purple whipped cream and decorated with chocolate flakes on the sides.

Last month, I went to Shanghai for holiday :) While walking around the city, I passed through the world of Hershey's. How I wish I could take all the chocolates home :D I bought some chocolates and also the Reese peanut butter chips....actually, I was searching for this chips for awhile.
So today I decided to make use of it since my eldest brother came home. Did a quick recipe search online and get the stuff ready and do my thing. Tadaa...here how it looks like. Yummilicious!!
