Hi again..it has been awhile since I bake and deco cakes. Rarely bake now since I'm working in Shenzhen. I'll bake if I'm home. Anyway, here's a a specially made diabetic carrot cake, topped with cream cheese frosting. I used low calory sugar to ensure it's good for her. Happy birthday, aunty Suriaty! :-D
