Apple Cinnamon Cake with Caramel sauce

Hantaran pertunangan 1. This is the Apple Cinnamon cake drizzled with caramel sauce. I made the cake quite a while ago for a friend on her engagement. You can feel the softness and the chunkiness of the apples and almond pieces, when biting a piece of it ~ heaven!! White chocolate melted, chilled and cut out to make the center piece for the writing :)
